New Bedding/linens, utensils, etc. are stocked in this house along with upgraded Fibre Optic WIFI & Mesh Wireless Modem for a great signal around the house and basement. It sits on 8.5 Acres with plenty of parking for trailers and a sloping fenced pasture in back surrounded by a treeline beyond. Relax and enjoy the evening sunset on the connected back deck/carport/front porch while grilling dinner on our 2023 Large Weber Propane Grill. We have 2 47 Inch LED TV's w/ You Tube TV (with expanded Sports Package) and Roku Access for any channels you wish to watch so you can enjoy the race or game after a day on the lake. Additional Living Room area in the basement is great for the kids that would like to hang out by themselves or play video games or watch their favorite channels. The property is less than a city block from the Dale Hollow Lake State Resort Park Gate, Golf Course, and the State Park Marina. 12Ft.X24Ft. COVERED Boat slip included Free with your stay! We are also Approx. 20 Min. from the 2 nearest boat ramps with access to the Cumberland River where the State Record Brown Trout was caught near the Burkesville Public Boat Ramp.
