Add'l third floor finished attic with two additional bedrooms, each complete with two twin beds, couches, and flat screen TVs. Backyard features a brand new cabana house with large cedar pergola, wine fridge, and generous living space for entertaining. More pictures and details upon request. Minimum rental period of one week (Saturday - Saturday); min three nights in "off-season". Pricing subject to change depending on group size and composition. Sorry, no prom groups.
