This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house with a basement. All three bedrooms, the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen are conveniently located on the first floor. The second bathroom is nestled in the basement, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Additionally, you will find a dedicated office space complete with table and and chair in the basement for any work or study needs.Smoking isn’t allowed inside the property. You can smoke or vape outside. If any trace of smoke is detected, there will be a $500 fine. It’s important to understand that getting rid of the smoke smell is quite challenging and might require significant effort, like professional cleaning or even replacing items.
