By choosing to use the spa, I recognize and fully understand that:• At no time is the spa supervised or a lifeguard on duty.• You (the hirer) are responsible for the safe operation of the spa and are responsible for all persons using the spa during your rental period.• The use of the spa during your rental period involves a number of risks, including but not limited to:o The risk of injury as a result of possible malfunction of spa equipment during rental.o The risk of injuries resulting from slips, trips and falls in the spa area.o The risk of injuries resulting from the lack of spa supervision.o The risk of injuries as a result of running, jumping, diving or other similar actions.o The risk of other injuries resulting from any other actions in the spa and surrounding areas.• I recognize and fully understand that the above list is not an exhaustive list of all possible risks, andonly provides examples of risks that could possibly occur whilst using the spa.In exchange for allowing me to utilize the spa and surrounding area during my rental period, I hereby agree to the conditions laid out below. I fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below:1. To waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against its owners or representatives, relating to my use of the spa and spa area.2. To release owners and representatives from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that I or any of my guest may suffer in connection with my use of the spa and / or spa area to any cause whatsoever.3. To hold harmless and indemnify the owners or representatives from any and all liability to propertyand personal injury, to any third party, resulting from use of the spa or spa area.4. I can confirm that I am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible for all persons in my group andwill adhere to all the rules of the premises.5. That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding uponme, or anyone else authorized to act on my behalf.I have read and understood this document. I am aware that by renting this property, I am waiving certain legal rights that I may have against the owners and representatives, and I fully agree todo so.
