Newly Renovated : Minutes from the airport, shopping, and bases Newly renovated home great for families and extended families. From holiday celebrations to family reunions, permanent duty station transfers to short-term stays, this is a cozy home away from home for families to connect and create lasting memories. This home is located on a private, cul-de-sac lot away from the hustle and bustle of Jacksonville while being close to the main shopping and dining areas on Western Blvd. Just 10 minutes away from bases makes it a great location. Play board games with the family or step outside and play catch in the fully fenced backyard. Make smores around the firepit after a good BBQ. Stream movie night on the big 58” smart TV in the living room or make a holiday feast in the upgraded fully stocked kitchen with lots of counter space. Bring the dogs. We look forward to hosting up to 2 dogs. If you are bringing your dog(s), be sure to add them to your reservation guest list before booking. As a reminder- there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, this is automatically added to your total when you book. You have access to the entire house and backyard. Owner's closet is the only restricted area. There are 3 motion sensing camera outside and a Ring doorbell to help with guest access. No cameras or recording devices are inside the house.
