This spacious and airy home offers 4 bedrooms (private study off queen bedroom offers additional private sleep space), 2 and a half baths, and three large decks perfect for soaking in the hot tub, sunbathing, grilling up a local seafood dinner, quiet summer reading, or relaxing under the stars. The bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors, while open kitchen, dining, living spaces and water views are found on the bright and sunny 3rd floor. Nantucket Sound and neighborhood beaches are only steps away, while shopping, dining, art galleries, many recreational activities and the spectacular Cape Cod National Seashore are a short drive away. Our peaceful neighborhood is only minutes from downtown Chatham. The house has a thoroughly equipped kitchen, a hot tub, outdoor shower, indoor and outdoor Sonos wireless sound system, AC on each floor, washer/dryer, and a beautiful glass-gas fire pit for chillier, summer nights. Comfy Sunbrella furniture on every deck! Dogs considered with pre-approval. Multi-generational families love the ability to gather and spend time together in the spacious common areas and also enjoy the more private spaces this home offers.
