Enjoy the comforts of this tastefully decorated ranch 4/10 mile stroll from Forest Beach, conservation area and near a neighborhood tennis court. On the calendar you will note that during the high Summer Season (June to August, we do a minimum of 7 day/weekly rental.There is also an outdoor shower for after your beach trips. It is a short distance to the inlet to Taylor's pond where there is a landing for fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding.The village center is just 3 miles for unique shopping, fine dining, large playground, weekly band concerts, the Coast Guard Lighthouse, and the nationally renowned Chatham Anglers NCAA baseball games where MLB scouts search for new talent.
