The house has a lovely bedroom with a queen size bed, a tiled bathroom, a beautiful new kitchen, a dining area opening to a large new deck, a living room with a fireplace and French doors opening to a delightful screened porch on the first floor. The upstairs has three charming bedrooms, two of these bedrooms have 2 twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. There is a full size tiled bathroom on the second floor as well. The house has cable HD TV, a DVD player, high speed wireless internet, an enclosed outside shower, a barbecue, beach chairs and central air conditioning and heat. A town tennis court and the bike trail are a short walk away. Chatham is one of the most beautiful towns on Cape Cod that offers beautiful beaches, golf, great dining, unique shopping, seal watching, biking and water sports. leases made from July 1st 2019 onward will have the tax of 12.45%
