The first level of the home features a sunny kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, separate dining area, living room with 28" TV, and a bedroom suite with a full-sized bed and bathroom. The second level has two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the second with two twins. The second floor also features a full bathroom. Throughout the home are great amenities like WiFi, A/C units, and Cable TV as well as an enclosed outdoor shower! The exterior of the home offers a lofty deck complete with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill, overlooking the wooded privacy of an undeveloped area. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes and Cleaning Fee of $270.00. 4 night minimums available! Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
