Enjoy relaxing on the private side patio surrounded my mature / lush trees and landscaping . The spacious enclosed front porch includes dining for 8. Gas grill and outside shower. Sleeps 6 +comfortably with 3 bedrooms. Spacious master bedroom w/ king , 1 w / queen + loft, 1 w/ twin bunk beds (plus 3rd trundle bed). Queen sleeper sofa in lining room. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Laundry room w/ washer and dryer, central AC, TV, Wifi. Bikes, beach chairs, beach toys plus 4 adult beach badges (children under 12 enjoy free access to beach). Driveway provides parking for 2 with ample street parking. Good dogs welcome. No smoking. Minimum Age of Primary Renter is 25
