Fantastic corner location overlooking Fireman's park! Comfortably sleeps 9. Just 4 short blocks to beach, 2 blocks to town shops! Enter into open airy new Dining room with air conditioner. ( seats 8) Comfortably appointed Living room. 1st floor bath and master bedroom with AC. Upstairs find bedroom #2 with 2- twins and 1- full also has dining/game/activity table for 6, AC & cable TV. Bedroom #3 4- twin beds also has dining/game/activity table for 3, AC & cable TV. Plenty of convenient storage for clothing. Kitchen has everything you need including take-out menus ! The 1st floor features a Game room providing air hockey, foosball & ping pong for night time fun ! The 1st floor laundry room has washer/dryer/ Iron & board/ folding table. Private backyard complete with lights! There is plenty of space to leave your beach toys, 4 boogie boards , 5 beach chairs (provided) even room for your kids bikes ! 2 adult bikes provided! ) New beach buggy to easily transport everything to the water! Umbrella table seats 8, for quiet summer conversation, games and eating. Beautiful front porch accommodates up to 9 people! It has a table for 4, cushioned chaise, bench and 2 captains seats for morning coffee, relaxing and people watching ! Attentive local host, promises quick response to inquiries or needs of any kind. Home provides board games for both adults and children, books, cable, wii, smart TV's in all rooms for rainy days ! We've got crafts to keep kids creative & happy ! Keep everyone busy in the evenings and inclement weather with Air hockey, Ping pong, foosball and board games. We are eager to make your stay pleasant & memorable ! Short drive from NYC, PA, and all of N.J.Please ask any questions you may have PRIOR to booking for an instant thoughtful response. THIS IS A NON SMOKING, NON PARTYING, DRUG FREE, PET FREE HOME.
