Bring your morning beverage to the front or upstairs porch and watch the world or the waves.The beach is less than a two minute walk and all the chairs, beach towels, umbrellas are provided in our beach locker. Nothing extra to carry for your trip!This luxury renovation of an original Ocean Grove Victorian is teeming with beauty and details. From the VIKING kitchen to the hardwood floors to en-suite bathrooms and a claw foot tub in yet another bathroom, multiple family rooms and 2 gas fireplaces, nothing has been left to chance. There are 5 levels so there is plenty of room to find your own peaceful nook! If you enjoy quality this rental is for you. Great for a "work from home escape" or a friends gathering or a multi-generational family gathering.A stunning architectural renovation where traditional meets modern conveniences.Our main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths, 2 amazing ocean-view porches, super fast free wifi, cable, all linens and towels, beach towels, badges (4) and beach chairs as well as little surprises to delight you as an experienced traveler. Organic mattresses, hotel bathrobes. A beautiful Viking kitchen - with 6 burner gas stovetop- and two separate amazing ocean view porches. Think about it - if just 4 people rented this house to share - it would be way cheaper than renting hotel rooms with a fraction of the space! We are looking for people that enjoy luxury and will treat our home, like their own. This is not a party house!As a well-traveled owner, I know what it's like to want a place to rest and relax. I hope we'll get to know you and that you'll become one of our repeat renters.----------------------We are a strict no shoes, no sand, no smoking/vaping, no pets, no parties luxury home.-----------------------Request: Please be accurate in your actual number of guests when booking. We select our families carefully and prefer lower numbers of guests to high foot traffic. If you reserve saying you are 3 adults and 3 chilidren., please expect additional guest fees when we ask you for the full least of people staying at the house. All names of guests must be on our short term lease to be valid.Please note this house is a private house, as such it has an alarm system including motion sensors and cameras both exterior and interior - not in private spaces like bedrooms and bathrooms. These are not actively monitored unless we receive a complaint or suspect non-compliance with house rules or numbers of quests. Renters who allow guests not on the lease or have more than 12 people at the house at any one time will be asked to immediately vacate the property and will receive no refund of rent or security deposit.
