Renovated updated classic On a Historic Manasquan street One mile to beach ! Recently Fully renovated on one of Manasquan's premier Historic Streets, this is our fulltime family home. One block from downtown Manasquan and less than 1 mile from Manasquan beach. Guests must be age 30 and up to book (besides children staying with their parents). THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME. We rent mainly to families, and small groups of friends who are responsible and considerate of our home and neighbors. Boasting 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath, outside shower, patio with gas grill , outdoor fire place and spacious yard , bocce court . Trained Dogs are welcome ! Luxury linens included . Shower towels , beach towels , beach chairs included . Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with Wolfe 8 burner gas stove and double wall ovens . Large marble island . Central air . Master suite with king bed and rain walk in shower ! Hardwood floors . Bring your bikes or you can rent them in town ! Master Bedroom king size bed , all other 4 bedrooms are queen size beds . Bedrooms are on second and third floor.
