Ideal rental for families with adults age 35 and over, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 9 comfortably and is ideal for families who are looking for a comfortable home to enjoy while on your beach vacation. This home features an expansive layout with an oversized great room. The outdoor pool is situated among the beautiful cottage-style gardens where you can sit and relax after spending a nice day at the beach. In the Fall of 2020, we updated the back yard with fresh sod, sprinkler system and new fencing that opened up the yard to its full potential adding about 30 feet of additional space (see new video added to photos). Located in a very quiet section of Brielle, the ocean and river are both a short bike ride away. Dog friendly home. Beach Chairs and 2 Daily Manasquan Beach Badges are available for use with rental. Only rented to families, no parties or young groups please.
