Just 3 blocks from the beach you will find a stunning 3 story New Jersey shore home with a beautiful 1400 sq ft. child safe porch that feature recessed lighting on dimmers to set the mood for dinners or parties, a large dining table with seating for 8. A BBQ grill and a hammock to enjoy the shore breezes or take a nap. There are 4 lovely seating areas with wicker rockers and lounges chairs. Down one level there is a large backyard with a shed equipped with bikes. The 1st floor has a large living room with a natural gas fireplace and large TV. A very large dining room that seats 12 with room to spare, and office and kitchen. Off the kitchen is a butler's pantry and a 1/2 bath with large capacity washer and dryer.The second floor you will find 3 bedrooms. 1-with queen size bed; the 3 room master suite has a king size bed and full bathroom. 3th bedroom has bunk bed Also on the second floor is the large main bathroom with a large Jacuzzi tub.On the 3rd floor you will find 3 bedrooms: 1 has 2 twin beds and 1 room with a full size bed. 1 queen size bed .There is also a full bathroom.Cablevision & Internet--7 TVs around the homeThe home comes complete with 2 zone A/C and all household amenities. .There are 4 beach badges and at the beach a locker with beach chairs and toys for the children.Last but not least, there is a 3 car driveway and 24 hour street parking. You can walk to the quaint movie theater at the corner of Main Street or many of our fine restaurants. Bradley Beach may also be reached by train from NY/NJ Penn station.
