Top floor has large primary bedroom (1) with King bed; Bedroom (2) with Queen bed; Full bath with soaking tub. Main level has large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, large dining room, and expansive living room with high ceilings and plenty of room for everyone to relax. Main level also has a bath with shower. Lower level has bedroom (3) with Queen bed. Bonus Room (4) has a Full bed. Lakefront level family room (5) has 2 Bunkbeds, sleeping up to 4 kids & a foldout Queen sofa. Lower level also has a bath with shower. Sliding glass doors open onto grassy yard....steps to the water. New outdoor dining table seats 10, gas grill, fire pit & lounge chairs. Swim raft, private dock, 2 canoes, 2 kayaks & stand up paddle board provided. Sandy bottomed, crystal clear water for boating, swimming & fishing. New 15 mile hiking trail around the lake. Minutes from public boat & sandy beach. Short drive to Winnipesaukee, Wolfeboro. NOTE: TENANTS NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINENS (SHEETS & TOWELS)Beds are: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Full, 4 Twin Bunks, 1 Queen pull out couch.
