In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. Keeping windows and doors shut and locked at all times when not in use.Guest are expected to smoke in the designated smoking areas.Guest will be charged for any items missing from the unit. Which includes towels, linen, supplies, fans, etc. as well as any damages.For companies renting unit you must go over all house rules with staff and must have a designated person in charge of the house. Anyone violated the house rules may cause that person or the entire group to be removed from the property.No pets are allowed inside or outside of the property.There will be a $500 pet fee for any undisclosed pet.
