Gorgeous 4 bedroom Home steps to the Beach, Offseason Weekends Available This beautiful spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse with ocean views are perfectly located just a few steps from New Jersey’s number one beach and a short walk to Sunset Lake. The first floor offers Newly updated kitchen, juice bar with an ice maker, sink and a beverage fridge. This open floor layout includes vaulted ceilings, living room, fireplace, dining area, two bedrooms, one bath and a cocktail arcade with 60 video games. Everyone will love it. There is a private laundry room. Outside the southern entrance, enjoy a private patio with seating, barbecue grill and an outdoor shower. The second floor offers, two bedrooms, two baths with master bathroom jacuzzi, and a balcony with expensive Atlantic and bay views. Just off the master bedroom is a private balcony and a complementary library with a sliding door to the balcony for your enjoyment. All bedrooms are equipped with HD TVs and Wi-Fi. If you don’t feel like cooking, visit a nearby, favorite restaurant, such as the dogtooth Grill, jellyfish Café, mud-hen brewery, Uncle bills pancake house, or order in. There’s the Wildwood Boardwalk with rides and entertainment. Cape May town is a short 10 minute ride away. We are located between centennial Park where there’s often music and morning aerobics and the splash park where there is a playground, exercise equipment for adults and you can rent bicycles. We are close to shopping, fishing boats and wave runner rentals, etc. There are restaurants in every direction. Please: No smoking, Vaping, pets and group rentals are not permitted. The Property is available weekly during the summers and weekends during Spring, Winter and Fall. We’re sure, you will enjoy your stay and hope to see you back each year. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLCVRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
