All on one level this 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath cottage has been totally updated . A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and a nice breakfast bar in the dining area which seats 4. Unwind in the living room with its flat screened TV. Off the living rm. you will find an updated full bath, storage closet with roll away bed, and nicely furnished bedroom with queen bed, TV and AC unit. The rear bedroom has pyramid bunks, TV and an AC unit. There is a stack washer and dryer in the laundry closet and a powder room. Sliding doors lead to a sunny rear deck with a gas grill and steps down to the private yard.. This modern retreat has impeccable decorating and offers amenities such as are high speed wireless internet, a smart TV in front bedroom for internet/Netflix, and off street parking. Non-refundable $300.. pet fee required if you are bringing your dog. $500 pet fee for two dogs. If tenant does not want to clean they have the option to pay an additional $200 cleaning fee.**Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with owner approval.
