The second floor great room is excellent for entertaining. It features an upgraded kitchen, large dining area and a spacious living room with fireplace and flat screen TV. The living and dining areas open onto the second floor deck through two sets of sliding doors. Also on the second floor is one of the master suites with a king size bed, TV, and a large private bath with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom on the second floor offers a queen bed and is just steps to the full bath in the hall. The first floor offers two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, creating two private junior master suites. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has two single beds. Also on the first floor is a full size family room with a 60 inch flat panel TV, a small sitting area, and a laundry room. The fourth bedroom on this floor offers a queen bed which is also just steps to the full bath in the hall. There is an outside enclosed shower and an attached garage with a paver driveway. You can ride your bike to the beach or into town to visit the restaurants and shops. **Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with owner approval.
