This 4 bedroom 3 bath home built in 2019, with NEW in-ground pool to be finished early June 2024 offers modern amenities in a cozy and bright setting. Entering the home you will find an open concept living and dining area that family and friends can gather. The flow of the first floor extends trough to the back porch and yard. Enjoy the outdoors on the newly paved & furnished patio and brand new in-ground POOL (8.5' by 17' ft). There are two bedrooms on the first floor one of which is the Master Bedroom Suite with King size Bed. The additional bedroom on this floor is also a queen size with full size bathroom nearby. Continue upstairs and you will find a bonus entertaining area complete with television, board games and queen size sofa bad. Two additional bedrooms and bathroom are also on the second floor. Laundry room (with washer & dryer), and off street parking (for at least 3-4 cars). Well behaved dogs welcome ($275 pet fee for dogs only under 25 lb. Additional dog must be preapproved). Please inquire about requirements). Call now to book! Pillows and blankets provided. Linens and towels not provided. $260 cleaning fee on all stays. 3 night minimum stay during off-season.
