There are three TVs. The entire property has been updated inside and out. If you would like access to the owner's private pool, (for an additional fee) this may be available. Please inquire with the owner to see if the pool is available during your stay, what the hours are and what the fee is. PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED. Property offers off street parking, screened in front porch, and three bedrooms. Outside shower, gas grill, full size washer and dryer. Two blocks to The Reeds (for those who need a weekend rental for attending a wedding). Two blocks to Freds and other local downtown shops, theatre and restaurants. Walk 2 blocks to beach. Enjoy the playground and basketball court directly across the street. Very close to WaWa and Springer's Ice Cream.We are pet friendly... Please inquire with owner. There is an additional fee for a pet. There are (4) beach passes for your use during your stay. Long term off season (October through April) rates negotiable. Contact owner.
