As you enter the home the foyer features a tiled flooring that leads to an extra-large tiled bonus room/ 5th Bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, TV and sliding glass doors that lead to a fully fenced backyard with enclosed outside shower. The second floor has a larger bedroom suite with TV and a private bathroom including a tiled shower and large private deck with beautiful ocean views! Also, on the second floor are two additional bedrooms, a full laundry room and a full hall bathroom. The middle bedroom on second floor has a pyramid bed with full on the bottom and single bed on the top and the rear bedroom on second level has a queen bed. The top floor opens to a dramatic, vaulted ceiling living room with hardwood flooring and gas fireplace and a large TV above fireplace, as well as a queen sofa bed, love seat and chair. The half bathroom can be found on this level, as well as a dining area with table to seat 8, kitchen that features a beautiful, large granite center island that seats 4 and custom cabinetry with tile flooring throughout. A large, covered deck on the third level boasts some of the best ocean views you will ever find on the beach block! Behind the kitchen on the top floor is a second ensuite bedroom with a TV, king bed and a private bathroom and tiled shower. This townhome includes a one car attached garage, 3 car driveway, and bikes and beach chairs for tenants use. Call to Book Today!
