Situated on the corner of 45th and Park, you will be within walking distance to everything downtown Sea Isle City has to offer such as: Fish Alley seafood restaurants, ice cream parlor, bars, restaurants, shops, churches and the playground. With such short blocks in this area the beach and promenade are just a stone's throw away. The ground level of this townhome features the garage that has been turned into an additional TV viewing area with a high top table for four with additional seating as well as a full size refrigerator to store all your ice cold drinks! Upon entering the fenced in yard there are four adirondack chairs, two loungers for relaxing and a full size Pit Boss griddle grill. Wash off from the beach in the private outdoor shower and gather with family under the private covered patio that contains a large sectional seating area. As soon as you make your way up the stairs to the first level you will be greeted with a laundry room that contains a high efficiency washer and dryer, a common full bathroom with tub, and three bedrooms. The first bedroom is an en suite that contains a queen bed with a full bath, the second bedroom contains two twin beds and the third bedroom contains another queen bed. Make your way up the stairs to the second level to the fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and counter seating for four. Right off the kitchen is the living area with a 50" TV as well a private deck that has dining seating for six. This level also contains a den area that contains a work desk, another TV with an additional sitting area and a powder room. Continue up the stairs to the third level master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath as well as its own private deck with two adirondack chairs (perfect for relaxing in the mornings or evenings!). All bedrooms are equipped with their very own smart TVs for streaming and includes live Sling TV. This home has high speed Wi-Fi that is capable on the entire property. ***OWNER ALSO PROVIDES LINENS, BEACH & BATH TOWELS! Linens are sheets and quilts for (3) queens, (2) twins. Bath towels - 16 total (4 per bathroom) + washcloths, hand towels and kitchen towels and 8 beach towels.
