The first floor consists of a bonus room or second living area with a large TV, DVD and WII game system. This room also has three futon couches capable of sleeping 3 to 6 children, a full bathroom and sliders with stairs to the rear yard. The second floor features four bedrooms all with TV s and DVD s, two full bathrooms and a laundry room. The Master bedroom on this floor has a Queen Bed, private bathroom with a ceramic tiled shower with glass doors and sliding glass doors from your bedroom to a private deck with awesome ocean views. There are two other bedrooms with two Twin Beds in each and one bedroom with a Queen Bed that share a full bathroom in the hall. The third floor features hardwood floors, extra large living room with a fireplace, large screen TV and DVD, 16 by 14 partially covered deck with unobstructed ocean views, gas grill, dining area with seating for eight at the table. The fully equipped kitchen hosts a beautiful stainless steel appliance package, granite counters and a breakfast island with additional seating for four. This floor also has a powder room and a second master bedroom with TV and DVD, and private full bathroom with ceramic tiled shower with glass doors.
