Osprey Nest...Near Beaches, Fine Dining, Shopping This private self entry suite of 3 rooms offers you a Queen sized bed/ bedroom, private bath with step in shower for two people, and a charming sitting room. The apartment is at the front of my home, and completely private from my living space all to the rear.It’s located only a 10 minute bike ride from the best sunsets in South Jersey overlooking the Delaware Bay. It is only a 15 minute drive to the best beaches, restaurants, and attractions of Cape May, CM Point, and The Wildwoods. The location is truly in the center of everything this area has to offer. The rooms were recently renovated with new paint, carpets and new memory foam mattress. The bathroom has handicap access, grip bars, subway tiled step in shower with glass door. Complete with granite and marble appointments. The bedroom offers a Queen sized bed with memory foam top, elegant Egyptian cotton or bamboo linens, and comfy pillows. Plenty of good quality cotton bath towels. The sitting room has a full sized leather sofa and a 40 inch Samsung smart TV and Sony DVD player. Easy access to stream apps, or use the HDMI wire I provide already installed into the rear of the TV. For sound there is a surround sound Polk sound bar for TV or streaming music from your phone apps. There is a covered front porch with cushioned chairs for private use of my guests. Please be advised there is NOT A FULL KITCHEN, however there is a toaster oven, microwave, and utensils. Other amenities include Kuerig coffee maker or a French coffee press, and under counter refrigerator. If you need more frig or freezer space , there is a full-size refrigerator around the side of the front porch.Guests enter through a separate front door, which has a secure keyless number pad entry, programmed with a unique code for each guest. I have a dog named Canela (Spanish word for cinnamon), a rescued Cavalier King Charles spaniel. She is a hypoallergenic breed so there are not allergy concerns. I am always nearby and available for any questions or advice. I have lived in Cape May for most of my life, and have extensive knowledge about restaurants, history, and fun things to see and do! After my guests reserve I send a welcome email response with a PDF attachment. It contains information about my property and offers you recommendations about the area. Please note most fine dining restaurants in Cape May do accept reservations. It is important to make restaurant choices with reservations well advance of your stay. Go to Capemay.com to make selections and find out restaurant websites. I highly recommend that you print this PDF and bring it with you. There are many wineries, breweries, and only minutes away Nauti Spirits distillery. Please pay special attention and read the details in the PDF about parking and how to use the keyless entry lock.
