Main level has living room, dining room (seats 6-8 people), powder room and a recently updated, fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. New luxury vinyl flooring throughout the main level. Central air conditioning present. Additional Ceiling fans on all 3 levels. Decks with patio furniture are present on all 3 levels. Rear sliding door leads to/from the parking lot. Second floor with full bath (with tub/shower) and 2 bedrooms (one queen and 2 twin beds). There is a stacked washer/ dryer in the bathroom. Third floor is the primary bedroom suite with king bed, walk in closet, newly renovated bathroom with marble shower and mini refrigerator. Enjoy fabulous ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Great for people watching and listening to the surf. There is a designated outdoor storage box with beach chairs and other beach items for guests to use. The condominium complex has an outdoor area for hosing your feet and sandy items before going into the unit after returning from the beach. The unit is available for short stays (2 to 6 days) in April, May, October, November and December.
