Remodeled beach house in a great location that is convenient yet quiet with easy parking. Renovation and 2nd floor construction, with even more improvements annually! Well maintained. We recently completely replaced the 1st floor bathroom, added a half bath and replaced all carpets with a hardwood laminate planks. * IN CAPE MAY near beach and everything yet quiet street (be careful when comparing rentals as other listings may be further from the beach or in West or North Cape May)* 300 yards to beach. * 3 blocks to boardwalk. * 4-6 blocks to historic district (Maryland Ave. near Philadelphia Ave - convenient to beach, boardwalk and shopping, yet quiet street with ample parking.)Please scroll down to other sections as many of your questions including availablity and rates will likely be answered here.
