Owners Home is on the other side of a fence/hedge. No one is below the Carriage House, it is strictly used as owner storage. There is ample outdoor space for hanging out, grilling, eating, playing ping pong, and using your outdoor shower.4 Beach Tags, 4 Beach Chairs & 1 Umbrella included along with linens, blankets pillows and towels.2nd StoryNo full size stove & oven. Enjoy the full size Grill, portable stovetop & Wonder Oven!The spaceThe Carriage House entrance is located up a flight of steps. The first level of the Carriage House is strictly used as owner storage. The outdoor space is ample, and includes a beautiful new grill, outdoor dining table for 4 with umbrella, ping pong table, outdoor shower, two Priority Bikes with adult helmets and 1 baby seat (Does not include kid helmet).Enjoy the sounds of the crashing waves as you sleep, and wake up to a sunshine filled space and plenty of Nespresso coffee pods!The owners home is separated from the Carriage House by a fence and hedge. You can expect privacy.
