House #1 - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area 2. House #2 (Guest Cottage) - 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, kitchen, living area - ONE 9' wide Boat Slip and a Dual Jet Ski Platform available (NO lifts) - Huge Shaded Yard - Kayak and Paddle Board available for guests - Quiet Cove with easy access to open water We are available by phone, text, email, or in person if the need arises. - Propane Grill - Keurig and Drip Coffee Maker Sleeping Arrangements:House #1 - Bedroom 1 - King Bed - Sleeps 2- Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed - Sleeps 2- Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin Beds - Sleeps 2 House #2 - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed - Sleeps 2Guest Access:Guests will be able to access the entire space including the 2 houses, back yard and boat dock.Other Things to Note:In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods.
