As you cook a meal or watch TV, you have the most perfect view to sit and watch boats go by on the lake. Home does have an additional fridge in the kitchen to hold your pool drinks or snacks! Multiple doors on the back side of the home allow you to easily access the waterfront space. Enjoy the new in ground pool with waterfall and great views.Patio includes a grill, outdoor dining space, comfortable outdoor furniture and overhead fan. Easy access from the outdoor space to the half bath located conveniently off the kitchen and living room. House does come with one available boat slip with rental.
