This truly is a Pecan Paradise!The Space:Features: • 3 bed 2 bath home with kitchen and living room • Master Bedroom includes en-suite bath • Bedroom 2 & 3 have a Jack n Jill bathrooms • Tv's in all of the bedrooms plus in the living room • Covered entertainment area underneath the home that includes a ping pong table, and dart board.• Outdoor fire pit with seating • Covered boat dock with boat slip and dual jet ski ramp • Quiet Cove with easy access to open water • Shaded yard with all of the huge pecan trees • Gas BBQ Grill • Drip Coffee Maker and Keurig available Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1: Master with King bed – Sleeps 2 • Bedroom 2: Queen bed - sleeps 2 • Bedroom 3 - Bunk Room with twin over twin beds plus twin trundle along with a separate twin bed - sleeps 4Guest Access:Guests have access to the entire home including the boat lift and jet ski ramp. Neighborhood boat ramp available to guests!The Neighborhood:Neighborhood boat ramp available to guests!Other Things to Note:We are available by phone, text, email, or in person if the need arises. No pets allowed at this property. Neighborhood boat ramp available to guests! *Please note, there are security cameras located on the property*Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
