There are two bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The first bedroom is a queen bed and located right off the living room. The bathroom has Jack 'N Jill entrance to both bedrooms. The second bedroom has a brand-new bunk bed with a twin over full size bed and a trundle. The living room has brand new sleeper sofa and brand-new smart TV. Perfect place to relax after long day on the lake. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook up your next family's meal. Relax and watch the sunrise with your morning coffee in the screened in porch or gather for your breakfast on the new outdoor dining table. Features:• Outdoor dining table• Screened in Porch • Free WIFI • Drip and Keurig Coffee Maker• Washer & Dryer • Smart TV• Grassy lawn • Yard Games• Propane BBQ Grill Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1: Master with Queen Bed -Sleeps 2• Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with a Twin over Full size bed plus a Twin Trundle - Sleeps 2-4• Living Room: Sleeper sofa - Sleeps 2Guest Access:Guest will have access to the whole house, back yard and fishing pier.The Neighborhood:The home is located near local attractions and restaurants in Kingsland.Getting Around:Guests will need a car to get to this home and around town.Other Things to Note:We are available via phone, text, email, or in person if need be.This property is not pet friendly. If evidence of pets is found on property there will be an automatic charge of $500 applied to card on file.Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
