Secluded in a gated neighborhood just 10 minutes from Kingsland. Award winning Golf courses and spa located at Horseshoe Bay. 15 minutes by boat to Wakepoint, Boat Town Burgers and just 20 minutes to the sandbar.Our main living spaces include an open floorplan living room/kitchen. On the third floor is another entertainment space, the media loft. Send the kids upstairs to watch a movie or play a game while you entertain friends in the living room. The chef's kitchen is modern, with a gas range and double ovens. Dishware for at least 15, and chef-inspired cookware, and small electrics. The dining room seats at least 15 Incredible place for a family/friends meal!For sleeping arrangements, we have 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the top floor we have 3 additional full size bunk built-ins, perfect for kids, teens, or young adults. It is situated across from a gorgeous full bathroom. Also on that floor is the double queen bedroom with a private ensuite bath. The master suite is located on the main floor. All of the rooms are furnished with the highest quality bed linens and towels. We love the outdoor space of the house with outdoor dining and a third-floor balcony off the media room. Downstairs, the patio has an outdoor kitchen, a private boat slip, and a cocktail pool that will hold all of your family and friends! From the private lakeside shoreline, there's plenty of room to fish, launch kayaks, swim, or take your boat out for some wake sports action or a sunset cruise.Come get away from it all and enjoy a comfortable private stay at the lake with all of the amenities of a high-end home, perfectly situated on Lake LBJ. All of this is inside a small, gated and private community just a few minutes by boat or car to Kingsland.
