Our new house is east facing and has large pecan trees to shade the yard and boat dock from the afternoon heat and sun. After using the gas BBQ grill, you can have dinner on the big back porch or down by the water. The backyard is a perfect spot to play cornhole or spike ball which Shady Breeze has on site. A boat slip for a ski boat and 2 jet skis are available for use. The Lily pad is also fun to pullout and use. Don't forget your fishing gear!Shady Breeze has 4 bedrooms. Downstairs has 2 master bedrooms. Both have a king bed, 43" TV and a bathroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms. One has a queen bed and full bath. The other has 4 XL twins beds and a bathroom with tub/shower. Every bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. Upstairs also has a game room with a TV and foosball table. The living room is spacious with a wall of windows facing the lake. It offers a 75" TV with Dish and streaming apps. Don't forget your passwords!The kitchen has an oven, stove top, microwave, and full size refrigerator. The coffee maker is a Keurig. Don't forget your K-pods. There is also a toaster, blender and other kitchen items.There is a new large washer/dryer for your use. There are 2 complimentary detergent pods, don't forget your favorite detergent.
