Featuring four bedrooms and two baths, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 10 guests with a convenience of TWO designated parking spot in the driveway where the cars can easily be parked back to back. PLEASE NOTE stairs to the attic have a low clearance.UNIT #1 - It's also another fantastic unit -The two units are private and don't have access to each other.PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBORS:Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am out of respect for our city permit and nearby neighbors. NO PARTIES PERMITTED. Your reservation will be immediately cancelled if this rule is broken.NO SMOKING/OPEN FLAMES:There is absolutely no smoking permitted inside the home OF ANY KIND. (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) Your reservation will be immediately cancelled if this rule is broken.VISITORS/GATHERINGS:Only a maximum of 10 guests are allowed at the property. All guests must be listed on your booking reservation prior to arrival.PETS:**Our home must remain free of pets of any kind due to a severe allergy issue**SECURITY:The building is in a quite neighborhood but we do have some exterior security cameras for the house and guest safety. There is a ring camera facing the driveway/parking space, a security camera with a flood light on the garage door facing the backyard, a security camera on the front of the house facing the street and one on the back door of the 2nd unit with a flood light facing the backyard and balcony.Guest accessGUEST ACCESS:Guests will have access to the entire UNIT( 2nd floor + Attic) A unique entry code will be provided closer to your check in date. This unit has its own private access and do not share space with the first unit.Other things to noteAdditional guests not mentioned during the initial reservation are not allowed to stay over. The guest making the reservation MUST check in with the other guests.Two cars are allowed to be parked in the driveway, back to back. Any additional cars must be parked on the street, However we are not responsible for any street parking fines.Returning the unit the same way it was found is mandatory. If anything gets broken or damaged during the stay please report it immediately.No smoking allowed in our apartment nor the building at all! There will be a fine of up to $500 if you're found violating our no smoking policyIf any of the house rules are broken, we have your reservation cancelled with no refund additional fees may apply. If any items are damaged and needs to be replaced we will charge you for the exact cost of the item plus any labor or professional cleaning fees we paid.
