Bathroom Details:•It is a 2.5 Bathroom, but there are 3 showers.•1st floor full bathroom - tub/shower combo, sink, toilet•1st floor half bath - shower and toilet, sink is laundry room sink right outside that door - good for showering off after the beach if entering thru back door.•2nd floor full bath - standing shower, toilet, and sink. Attached to bedroom. (private bath)Pets (Dogs) - Add them as a Guest!:•We happily welcome your furry dog friend as a guest at our home for an additional one-time fee. •If you plan on bringing a pet, please be sure to "add" the pet as a "guest" to this reservation before requesting to book.•Please inform me that you are bringing your dog in advance to check that the pet fee has been added.•Guests must declare pets on the reservations. Garage & Beach Gear:•We have some beach gear for use upon request, but do not guarantee availability. •You must return all borrowed gear and return it to its original location. •Do not put sand in the house. Brush or rinse off yourselves and all items before bringing them inside. •Please return borrowed beach gear to the original location! •You can use my beach chairs, but do not break them. *Important* You must count and return the proper number of beach tags for the season. (8 for 2024)**
