Ideal family home to establish traditions and make lasting memories.This rental includes 3 floors with garage and off street parking for 1 car, front porch, rear yard with outdoor grill. 1st floor has living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and half bathroom. 2nd floor has 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.This house was recently renovated and improved. newly completed renovations include: laundry room with new washer/ dryer, new large refrigerator and kitchen appliances, 4 new queen size mattresses, new grill and new front porch furniture.This house is located in a beautiful part of Ventnor. This is a great street and great location. The Ventnor beaches are guarded with life guards and beach tags are required. We supply out guests with 12 beach tags, 3 bikes in the garage, some beach chairs, and more.
