When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waiver. The charge listed as “Damage Protection” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.- Absolutely no parties or events.- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.- No drugs- No underage consumption of alcohol- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.- No Candles, wax or open flames.- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.- Do not put anything down the drain.The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind.
