This lovely, newly updated ranch has all the comforts of home on 3 wooded private acres nestled centrally in the heart of Door County and is waiting for your next relaxing getaway! This pet-friendly home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open concept living and dining space! The spacious interior has everything needed for a relaxing stay with your friends and family.We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too.Your well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per night, which is collected separately and approximately one week prior to your check-in date.All that Door County has to offer is only minutes away. Wine lovers, The Reserve is within 10 minutes of all Five Door County wineries, and a short 5 minute drive to the beach. The Reserve is ideally located 5 minutes from Egg Harbor's best shops and restaurants. Fish Creek and Peninsula State Park are 15 minutes away to explore.The backyard features a large worry free fenced in backyard for your pet to play. In Addition, the 155 acre Door County land trust - Oak Road Nature Preserve- is 1.4 miles away and offers almost 2 miles of walking trails. It's beautiful. 5 minutes from The Reserve is Frank E Murphy Park and Beach, a low-key park on the water offering a beach, playground and picnic areas, plus a dock and boat launch. Enjoy a drink on the deck or gather around the campfire area. Outside features a charcoal grill, patio furniture and plenty of adirondack chairs around the campfire to roast marshmallows.**This is a quiet community with residential neighbors. This home is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.We also supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
