Welcome To Roxy’s “TOTALLY BEACHIN” North End Beauty! Minutes from the beach! Unique raised ranch style beach house located on a quiet residential street in the north end of town . This quaint charmer is beautifully decorated and has everything you’ll need for your family vacation! Enjoy an early morning or evening stroll right down the street on the scenic sea wall or beautiful north end beach! This meticulous newer home welcomes an open concept kitchen and floor plan . The preferred gathering spot seems to be the cozy living room where the fireplace compliments its space! The spacious family room with its exposed ceiling beams creates a comfortable casual sitting area perfect for family entertaining or movie night . This home offers clean linens, towels, beach tags, beach chairs, umbrella , coffee , condiments and other details to be discussed upon renting . A 3 car driveway and plenty of offstreet parking is available . The master bedroom in the rear of the house has a king size bed , an armoire, dresser and a larger master bath with a heated hydrotherapy amazing whirlpool tub . There are 2 other spacious bedrooms with queen beds ( 1 a bunk ) & plenty of storage . Sleeps 9 guests and offers a fenced yard , BBQ , larger outside shower, new patio furniture and a bonus basement entertainment room with ping pong table, cornhole set , 2 bikes , board games and beach toys for smaller kids . It’s no secret that the North End of Brigantine Beach is the best spot in town! ✨*** This Home is only available Saturday through Saturday and offers One-week rentals only summer 2024.
