The house has all you need for a great beach vacation - fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, full bath with tub / shower, washer / dryer, A/C (window units), baseboard heat, outdoor shower, and - most importantly - space to relax, indoor and out! House has a great front porch and an enormous back deck over the garage. Beach badges included! The house is meticulously maintained in a friendly, residential neighborhood. Park your car for the week; you'll have everything you need! The island boasts great, safe parks for the kids, a public golf course, public tennis courts, and a beautiful nature preserve that you can walk and explore at the North End. The South End beaches have great views of AC; you are also a mere 10 minutes from AC's restaurants, outlet shopping (Tangier) and entertainment. Weekly / monthly rentals in the summer (Sat. - Sat.) ; 2-night minimum off season. Come see why everyone is falling in love with ! Well-behaved dog considered for s pet fee.
