Steps from the lake and your private sandy beach, enjoy kayaking, paddle-boarding, country skiing, miles of trails, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or just cozying up with a book. Something here for everyone!***The house is on Mountainview Lake not on Lake Sunapee.Please note (Updated 2024):The private beach is only from June 1 to Sept 30. Due to some feedback, we decided that House B will be unavailable for rent for the above time frame. We realize that House A and House B are very close together, and this will allow for more privacy when using the beach. However, if you are renting House A, House B may be requested for the same dates under the same renter if additional space is desired. Please reach out to the host if you have any questions.If you are having a hard time finding the House B listing on VRBO, Please feel free to reach out to us.If you need help with anything throughout your stay, please feel free to reach out to us. Used towels should be left in the bathroom on the floor before checkout to distinguish used towels from unused towels.• Please bring the trash to the dumpster we own. It is about 2 minutes walking distance, or 1 minute driving distance, from the house you are staying. You can check the last picture in the rental website listing to find the dumpster location. No need to separate the recycling. All trash will get sorted for recycling.• Please take all food out of the fridge and freezer and please make sure all garbage is disposed of before leaving.• Dishes used should be placed in the dishwasher and set to wash before leaving.• Before ordering or having any packages shipped to the residence please check with hosts first.• There is absolutely no smoking inside the house.• There are absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED• There are NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED
