Creekside Cat Cottage by Walking Trails in Park - Near DT Acworth & Sports CMPLX This serene, recently renovated ranch/cottage home has been furnished with the comforts of home in mind, for families, adventurers or simple relaxation time. It is located within walking distance to trails that lead to parks, playgrounds, and our cute Historic Downtown area filled with restaurants, pubs and outdoor events. Also a short drive or bike ride to Acworth Beach! Friendly outdoor neighborhood cats will greet you upon arrival :)The entire home is available for your use, including front yard, backyard and creek. All Pet types allowed with a $75 fee. Backyard is fully enclosed. Before booking this property PLEASE READ: Neighborhood TNR (trap-neuter-release) cats & other stray cats have ended up at the property and will greet everyone upon arrival, even escorting you to the front door! They enjoy lounging around the driveway and porch but they are harmless and crave human love and affection. Several cat organizations (Kudzu Cat Alliance & Good Mews) have helped with their overpopulation. These cats are being fed by volunteers, so no need to worry about them. We currently have about 5 cats that come and go on the property. So in the meantime, If you see a furry feline with a clipped ear walking around, it simply means that he/she has been fixed and is an outdoor cat. Nonetheless, WE HOPE THAT YOU CHOOSE TO STAY HERE as all cleaning and sanitation procedures are taken very seriously inside this property. Detailed Setup:Room #1: 1 Queen BedRoom #2: 1 Full Bunk BedLiving Room w/ Queen sleeper CouchDining table (Common Area/Kitchen)Sunroom/Entertainment Room: Loveseat with fooseball table. A portable crib for infants and toddlers is available in the home; Along with a high chair. Board games, puzzles, children’s books, toddler blocks, toddler puzzles and card games are available for the entire family. Entertainment room features a Foosball table and Roku TV.**********Full Kitchen includes:✔Refrigerator✔Stove with oven✔Microwave✔Full coffee station with regular & decaf coffee ✔Cook ware, Plates, Cups & Utensils, ✔Olive oil✔vegetable oil✔Spice Rack✔Brita water filter in the refrigerator✔Electric Tea KettleOther important essentials included: ✔Towels and bedding✔Portable crib✔High Chair✔WIFI✔Roku tvs with guest mode on are located in the living room and sunroom/entertainment room. ✘No TVs in the bedrooms. ✔Onsite Washer & Dryer with Detergent✔BBQ Grill - you must bring your own charcoal & lighter fluid preference. ✔Outdoor Fire Pit with firewood-Close proximity to I-75Full disclosure: This home is near nature, wooded areas and water so it is common to see deer, raccoons, opossums, and other critters around, such as spiders, frogs, bugs, etc. I maintain the property treated for pests on a regular basis but nothing is 100% bug free guaranteed. As mentioned above, there are cats on the property and they have been prone to bringing "gifts" into the porch area. I'm unable to prevent this from occurring since that is in their nature to do so. If you happen to bond with any of them and are interested in rehoming one, please reach out to me for adoption details.
