Sorry - We are not handicap accessible we have stairs and it’s not pet friendly. Offeringthe oldfarm house of cozy 2 bedroom (sleeps 4- addl air bed can be added for addl rate if needed) plus 2 common spaces with new couches that turn into double beds(sleeps4) 2 bath home laundry— available for ages 16 and up, not accessiblity or pet friendly at all. Please see addl details for rules of home prior to booking so you know ahead of time if this is for you! Please-do not try to negotiate price for the booking we are local homeowners and take pride in our neighborhood and home- price will adjust per persons staying in home. This listing you must submit all guests names and ID and DL upon booking of you do not you will then forfeit your booking, this is to ensure safety of the home and neighborhood there’s no extra guests allowed on property outside of those booked and confirmed prior to your arrival. A limit in vehicles as well. As there’s o street parking and tow zone. We would like to host you if you can be peaceful calm and clean come just hang out in this cozy old farmers house under shaded pecana trees old oak treea that brings the comforts of home and yet the uniqueness of a new space! Groundskeeper will greet you and confirm the listing of guests on arrival as well as show you ard and ensure your key code works the groundskeeper live in arms length so if you need anything they’ll be there to help
