Our goal is always for our guests to enjoy a relaxing stay at a beautiful home.Golden Hill Rd is a peaceful rural road with beautiful views and surrounded by farmland. Only 5 minutes to the center of Lenox, 10 minutes to the center of Lee and I-90.Guests will have private access to the entire home, and property.This beautiful country home has accessible features including shower, ramps and stair lift.The open concept kitchen and dining room creates the perfect atmosphere for meals at home. The well equipped kitchen features a stainless steel gas range, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. The family room displays a large TV, cozy furniture, a gas fireplace, and beautiful mountain views. The primary bedroom and accessible ensuite bathroom are located on the first floor. This bedroom features a queen sized bed and access to the backyard. The washer and dryer units are also located off of the primary bedroom. The second floor primary bedroom features a king sized bed. The ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. Also on the second floor is the third bedroom with a twin sized bed. The fourth den/bedroom has a pullout sofa and also houses the home gym. A half bathroom is also located on the second floor of this home.The large backyard offers both gorgeous mountain views and privacy to enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and using the BBQ to enjoy a meal outside. 20 minutes to Butternut Basin in GB, 12 minutes to Bousquet Ski Area, and 40 minutes to Jiminy Peak. This cozy home has everything you need for a relaxing stay!Having a car will greatly enhance your ability to get around the Berkshires effectively.LOCATION: Golden Hill Rd is a peaceful rural road with beautiful views and surrounded by farmland. Only 5 minutes to the center of Lenox, 10 minutes to the center of Lee and I-90.PETS: Small dogs allowed with owner approval, no dogs under 2 years old. Please reach out for owner approval on the dog prior to booking. No multiples. $100 fee will be applied if approved. PARKING: Free parking on premises.HOT TUB: Please keep the hot tub closed when not in use. Make sure the jets are off before you close up. Be aware of the potential health risks associated with hot tubs before you use it, and use at your own risk.*The home is wheelchair accessible - see additional information below, and feel free to reach out with any additional questions!-1st fl bedroom, door width 28 in - chair should be no more than 26 in wide to clear-The en-suite bathroom door clears 32 inches.-The lip to the en-suite shower is about an inch. It is 32 inches deep. The shower seat does not come off. -Toilet measurements for en-suite bathroom; the left is 9” from toilet to wall, the right is 50” between the toilet and the wall by the doorway. -The entry coming into the house is an inch or 2 lip and clears 31 inches.-The front door ramp is lit and the ground before it is flat. There is a little lip from the garage ramp to front porch.-To get out the slider door to back deck is 28 in and there is a small lip.
