The studio offers a balcony overlooking the marsh to view beautiful sunsets. It has been recently renovated with new flooring, paint, bathroom vanity and kitchenette area.The unit has one queen bed, a twin futon sofa, nicely equipped efficiency kitchenette and full bath. It sleeps 2-3 and comes with 1 parking spot.Linens, WiFi, and cable TV are included. The kitchenette is stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig, plates, glasses, and utensils.Coin laundry is also available on the same floor.Note this is a NONSMOKING BUILDING and NO PETS are allowed.Cleaning fee applies to checkout only.The condo is just a short 5 minute walk to Seabrook NH or Salisbury MA beaches.
