We kindly ask that you wash your feet on the lawn with the provided hose.7. Board games and yard games are provided to some extent to help with rainy days. We can't control the rain!8. Cosmetically, the house is older from the 80s. We plan on updating someday soon, but are trying to keep this as affordable as possible for families.9. No AC on premises!
