Hours of fun are steps away with 2 beaches on either side of the house and rafts to swim to. The pond has bass, pickerel and catfish for a fisherman's paradise. The yard is 200 feet long, great to play wiffle ball, badminton or just run around. Brand new Weber gas grill & 2 picnic tables. Fire pit is great for toasting marshmallows or sipping on a glass of wine. Furnished with all bedding & bath towels.
