LedgeLawn is nestled between an Audubon bird sanctuary, and the Bay; It is a wonderful place to relax and live life at a slower pace.Amenities: Sheltered location with sandy tidal beach and Canoe. Abuts Audubon Sanctuary. Deck overlooking the Bay and the sunset. Living room with a large open hearth fireplace, fully equipped kitchen.Pet friendly and WIFI too: Lobster pot, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee-maker, electric stove, microwave and toaster, color TV with cable and gas grill.
